Nature Trekking/Mountain Climbing

Mt. Kitanglad is blessed with verdant forest, soothing terrain of grasslands and waterfalls that provide panoramas for nature lovers. The area has good vantage point to view as far as Camiguin & Bohol Islands including shorelines of Misamis Oriental.

Mt. Dulangdulang (elevation: 2938 meters above sea-level) in the Kitanglad ranges is the second highest mountain in the country and has high biodiversity conservation values including the presence of rare, endemic and endangered species of flora and fauna.

Its pristine old growth forest located in some portions of the park that includes the famous "plaza" in Mt. Dulangdulang offers mossy bonsai forests festooned with saprophytic lichens.
